Getting Better Every Week

As a player for Williamsburg High School football team, I think we need to take things one step at a time. Just like in leadership, everything takes a while to get started. We need to come together as a team and finish out the season well. We have a tough game next week against Washington and we need to win it to stay in the playoffs and maintain our goal of going to The Dome at UNI. As a team we need to stay discipline and do our assignments. As a leader it is no different, people depend on you to fulfill your assignments and follow through with success. A lot of pressure is put on the leader but people have faith. Believing is what drives the leader and pushes him/her to put forth their greatest effort.
